We do not provide refunds for any of our products, which is including Digital Content, for change of mind or other circumstances, including, in the case of Digital Content, due to incompatibility with your computer software, hardware or systems or your lack of computer literacy skills to set up and view

Termination

You acknowledge and agree that a Private Reading may be cancelled or terminated by us, at any time, including during the Private Reading, in our sole discretion.

If your Appointment is cancelled or terminated by us, prior to the Appointment, we may, at our sole discretion, provide you with a refund of any payments which have been made by you.

If your Private Reading is terminated during the Appointment, we may, at our sole discretion, do either of the following:

provide you with a refund;
may retain any Deposit; and/or
request that you make payment for the Private Reading.

Access to Collected Information

If your personal identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us.

Legal

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Return Policy

We will be happy to accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Taxes

For orders shipped to other countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Other Conditions
